Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

Operator: ERROW LLC (“Errow,” “we,” “us”), 301 S McDowell Street, Suite 125 - 1497, Charlotte, NC 28204, United States.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using errow.io (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it.

2. What Errow is

Errow is a subscription tool that compiles publicly available information about local businesses and analyzes their public web presence (website, security, search visibility, tracking, social profiles, and similar signals) to help you identify prospects. Errow provides information and analysis only. We do not perform outreach for you and are not responsible for how you use the information.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Allowances (e.g., business profiles per month) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Access to paid features ends when the subscription lapses, but leads you have already unlocked remain available to you.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the data or analysis obtained from the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service beyond the features provided, or circumvent any limit, gate, or security measure;
• Use the information to send unlawful communications, or otherwise violate any applicable law when contacting businesses — including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state anti-spam and do-not-call rules, and any applicable data-protection law;
• Use the Service for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for your use of the information, including the legality of any outreach you conduct. Errow provides data for legitimate business-development purposes; how you contact anyone is your responsibility.

6. Data, accuracy and sourcing

The information is compiled from publicly available sources and automated analysis. It is provided “as is,” and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Business details change constantly; verify before relying on anything. Errow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any mapping, search, or data provider.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and compiled outputs are owned by Errow and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and to use exported data for your own internal business-development purposes only, subject to Section 5. Exports may carry non-personal integrity markers to detect unauthorized redistribution.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., payment, email, hosting, mapping, data-collection providers). Your use may be subject to their terms; we’re not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERROW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Errow harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or the information, your outreach to any business, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service anytime.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
